When we touched down at the airport, we were under a huge lightning storm. The ground crews wouldn't work in it. So we had to wait for an hour until the storm died down.

These balls prevent low flying planes from hitting the power lines that cross the river near the Irving in Perth-Andover. There are white ones too.

This is located in Newburg, on Cape road. Apparently, it marks the grave of a dynamiter. He was blasting rocks and something went wrong. There wasn't much left of him and they buried him around where it happened.
